The Secret of Godliness

Godliness was the last of the Seven Mysteries of God to be revealed to me. The seven were mysteries because nobody knew them. My dad thought he did and the Apostle Paul thought he did, but they didn't know them. Now they are clearly secrets because I know them and others know them and we are not in the business of telling other people because it's really God's responsibility to have the Holy Spirit reveal the Seven Secrets of God! So, the secret of Godliness (notice not mystery), is that God causes everything including sin, evil and suffering. God causes the events of life because he wants to show how the knowledge centered mind behaves under the conditions of mortality, scarcity and decay.  

The infinite love, wisdom and power of God are responsible for the actions of humanity and will work everything together for good. Understanding this principle is Godliness.  If somebody hurts you, lies about you, or calls you a heretic, God caused it. Seeing and understanding that God caused it and not holding people responsible for what God has done is Godliness. God is working absolutely every single event of life for the eternal happiness and welfare of everybody concerned. 

Again, God causes everything to work together for good for the eternal happiness of everybody. There is no one, not even the Devil, who is not under the love of God and everyone will enjoy eternal bliss. The earth is designed to show that the knowledge centered mind is vastly inferior to the love centered mind. To understand this point: God's Eternal Purpose, to share the eternal and transcendent love of the Trinity, God must show the flaws  of the second-best organizing principle for the mind. Clearly, love is the first organizing principle and knowledge is the second organizing principle for the mind. The knowledge centered mind under the conditions of no mortality, no scarcity and no decay works just fine and the people in Hell, with the knowledge centered mind, will live happily ever after for all eternity. Those in Heaven, who share the love of the Trinity with their love centered mind, will have been shown that the knowledge centered mind is vastly inferior by the events of this life. By kicking us out of the Garden of Eden and into a world of mortality, scarcity and decay, God has revealed to us that love is a far better organizing principle for the mind. 

The greatest relationship in existence for all time is the transcendent, infinite and eternal love of the Trinity. God, in order to be worthy of worship and glory, must have us join the greatest relationship in existence. Doing anything less than being with the Trinity sharing their eternal love would not be worthy of glory.  

The issue becomes God had to figure out a way for created beings to join the infinite love of the Trinity. This is complex and hard to follow, but even harder to write down. So let's give it a try.  

The love of the Trinity is a transcendent relationship. As created beings, we would not normally be able to join the transcendent love of the Trinity. Jesus, as the Creator of the universe has unimaginable powers, his consciousness (maybe it's better to say consciousnesses) is vast. He controls the minutest particles and the smallest bits of energy out of his infinite power and infinite wisdom. Jesus has placed one of His individual consciousnesses into our mind. That consciousness is pristine; it has never been used for anything else.  

Each of us are Heaven bound as we have a transcendent, infinite and eternal consciousness of Christ as a thought pattern of our consciousness from when we were conceived. The consciousness that bears my name has never been used for anything else. It's mine! Jesus demands his consciousnesses, that are within the Heaven bound created beings, that make up the Body of Christ, have no other function than to be our consciousness. Now, with the consciousness of the transcendent Christ, we are joined to the infinite, eternal, transcendent love of the Trinity. 

There is one more major consideration for this thought pattern of Christ that bears my name. Jesus demands that this thought pattern, while we're on this earth, must prioritize knowledge and not love. Again, knowledge is the second best organizing principle for our consciousness. Jesus has created this earth and this life in such a way that under the conditions of mortality, scarcity and decay, Jesus shows the true nature of the knowledge centered mind. In Heaven, we will all have a love centered mind and share in the infinite and eternal transcendent love of the Trinity. 

Going through the trials and tribulations of this life on the earth with a mortal body proves to us beyond any shadow of a doubt that the knowledge centered mind is inferior to the love centered mind. This is the purpose of this life; to get us to a point where under no conditions would we want a knowledge centered mind over a love centered mind. 

(By the way, Adam and Eve ran to the tree with the fruit of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, but they had not seen the evil, pain and suffering that the knowledge centered mind has produced under the conditions of mortality, scarcity and decay. We have! None of us are going to say in eternity, “Hey let's throw a party and all of us have a knowledge centered mind.” We will not run to the tree of the fruit of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.) 

This knowledge centered mind, even in the Christians,  has no expectation that there's any other organizing principle for the mind other than knowledge. The criteria for going to heaven for all of historical, professing, outward Christianity is that you're right about what God wants you to be right about. This is all wrong. Even the universalist Christians declare that if you didn't know what God wants you to know on this earth, then, when you die and are on your way to Heaven, God can whisper in your ear the truth so that you can be Heaven bound and be right like everybody else. The knowledge centered mind thinks that being right is the end all of all truth. The infinite, eternal, transcend, love of the Trinity is the End of All Truth. 

God has to make us as autonomous as he is. Even God is bound by his nature, character and purpose. He cannot build a fire that He can't put out or a rock that He can't move because God is not stupid. God has the four characteristics of love, power, wisdom and presence, but wisdom, power and presence are all subservient to  eternal love. In the law and the prophets (the Old Testament) the three names of God are all different ways of expressing his eternal power and that's what the knowledge centered mind WANTS out of their God. When the Body of Christ reaches Heaven, they will agree as an autonomous choice to join the love of the Trinity. The most important attribute of God is His infinite love. In Heaven, God causes the Body of Christ to join the love of the Trinity and they, the Body of Christ, agree with this choice. (Autonomy is agreeing with the best possible choice available at the time.)
