Prophecy and Prepping

If you know when the burglar will act or when the storm will hit or when the earth will quake, you would take steps to be prepared. One of the reasons for God providing prophecy is to allow us to know and be prepared. God gave Noah a hundred years to build the ark and get stores for all the animals to survive. The Great Tribulation is coming soon - most likely this summer. Christians will be killed around the world in those nations where Christianity is a minority. The Devil wants to get rid of the Jewish people but the Christians keep getting in the way. So, he will take them out first in this latest attempt. Remember, World War II took all the free nations of the world to stop Hitler and his attempt to eliminate the Jews. The Devil is more than able to affect the current "free" nations and keep them at bay.

The majority of the Hirelings, those that make their living talking about a free gospel, will say, because you are such a "good" Christian, you will be taken before the Great Tribulation. This is a lie. There is no rapture before tribulation. There is a gathering of members of the Body of Christ at the end just before Jesus returns. (Actually for the marriage supper so all can be a part.)

So, you can do nothing or you can do some prepping now. Water, food and shelter are first. Then, defense, tools, seeds, etc. would follow. There is a lot of information available for prepping but this text is telling you, now is the time.

Ezekiel 33 explains the duty of the watchman. If the watchman does not warn the people of coming disaster, the watchman is held accountable. If the watchman does sound the warning but the people ignore the warning, the people are held accountable.

You have been warned. The latter days are upon us and now is the time to store up for the troubles that are coming. You cannot be prepared in all ways but certainly now is not the time to do nothing.
